PANDA TRAVEL (PTY) LTD COMMENCED BUSINESS ON 18 SEPTEMBER, 1997, AS A REGISTERED TRAVEL AGENT AND HAS CONSISTENTLY GROWN ITS CLIENT BASE OWING TO A BUSINESS ETHIC OF CONTINUED GOOD SERVICE.

In December 2007 Panda Travel became a member of the Travel Assignment Group under the Ownership of Jonathan Gerber and Managed by Rosa Dos Santos. We offer a full range of travel services and under the new Franchise are able to offer our customers even more savings and special travel deals. This together with our high standards of service our existing customers remain loyal and continue to refer new clients to Panda Travel. Our client base comprises 85% Corporate travel and the balance, Leisure travel. Our market mix is approximately 90% International travel and the balance, Domestic.

As an IATA registered Travel Agency we are in good standing with Industry suppliers. All IATA registered Travel Agents are required by IATA to comply with their strict rules and regulations eg. IATA agents are required to submit Audited Annual Financial Statements for submission to, and approval by, the IATA Head Office in Geneva, Switzerland. PANDA TRAVEL has never defaulted in its payments or adherence to IATA’s regulations, and has provided IATA with a Bank Guarantee to ensure continued creditation.

PANDA TRAVEL employs well-trained and qualified senior travel staff who between them have over 25 years knowledge and experience in the travel industry, which enables our clients to make informed decisions and to optimize reductions on their travel expense.
