JONATHAN GERBER

THE CAPTAIN

Leading the TAG team as the official Team Captain since 2007, Jonathan has an entrepreneurial spirit that is unrivalled in the industry. Turning businesses around and creating growth where once only under-performance existed, is his passion. This includes developing new ideas and most importantly growing passion and performance in people too. The travel industry is dynamic and ever-changing and thanks to Jonathan’s ambitious mind and passionate spirit, TAG goes where others fear to tread.

GAVIN STEVENS

THE BEAN COUNTER

As TAG’s very own Bean Counter, Gavin makes sure all the books balance as TAG’s Financial Director. Gavin oversees group financial strategy and strategic planning and is fiercely focused on the success of the business in the fast-paced industry. Gavin is also TAG’s Managing Director for the Western Cape – effortlessly wearing two hats at the same time. He has over 18 years’ experience in the travel and travel management industry and his leadership and financial management skills are a testament to his depth of knowledge. He joined the team in 2014 and has helped the company grow exponentially since joining.

JOELENE ROBERTS

THE FIXER

Joelene is head of Group Operations at TAG and handles everything from Group strategy and operational development, to knowing where we keep the extra pens and which restaurant in Indonesia serves the best Long Island Ice Tea! Thanks to her extensive experience in the travel industry and a career that has spanned over 21 years, Joelene is undoubtedly the best person for the job. She has been in this position since 2014 and oversees group transformation and growth, making sure TAG’s operations and service is in line with customer expectation.

KIM PARKER

THE COMMUNICATOR

Kim is head of Group Sales and Account Management and is passionate about the TAG high touch ethos. Kim handles all new business growth and client retention and has over 25 years travel experience. Passionate about the TAG company culture Kim ensures TAG’s growth strategy is always aligned with the dynamic company culture and high touch service promise to all TAG’s clients. Kim also heads up the communications/ entertainment team making sure TAG truly lives the work hard play hard philosophy.
