Then, this weekend: A coordinated joint operation will take place from November 22-23, resulting in temporary road closures, lane restrictions and intermittent disruptions across key routes, according to The Road Traffic Management Corporation. The metropolitan areas of Johannesburg, Tshwane and Ekurhuleni will be affected.
