“A year ago, a group of leaders stepped into the TAG LEAD Programme.
Last week, they walked out transformed.
In a world that is constantly shifting, investing in people isn’t optional – it’s essential. TAG continues to demonstrate exactly what that commitment looks like.
The TAG LEAD Programme was delivered by the team at LLC Academy & was designed to build real, practical leadership capability – through a blend of facilitated sessions, e-learning, coaching & real-world application. It was challenging. It was stretching. And it required leaders to show up fully.
And they did.
From emotional intelligence to leading change, from planning and delegation to inspiring teams – this journey pushed boundaries. But the true test came at the end: stepping out of comfort zones to present real business solutions to senior leaders.
That takes courage. Confidence. And conviction.
I’m incredibly proud to say that every single one of these women rose to the occasion & delivered. What stands out most is not just the capability built, but the growth witnessed. These leaders are not the same as they were a year ago. They are stronger, more self-aware & ready to lead with impact.
It has been a privilege partnering with TAG on this journey & walking alongside such inspiring women as they stretched, challenged themselves and ultimately triumphed.
