Lufthansa currently operating flights from Frankfurt to OR Tambo, Cape Town route remains suspended. Some special entry conditions will apply to passengers arriving from SA into Frankfurt & Munich, including a 48-hr PCR certificate.
Swiss Airlines is operating to JNB. Austrian Airlines expected to resume its suspended flights to CT in mid-Jan.
Virgin Atlantic Airways & BA ceased flying the Jhb route from Dec 23 & the dates of resumption are still unknown. Boris Johnson has confirmed the UK will be introducing a testing regime for international arrivals to prevent further spread of Covid in the UK.
Air France flights operating as normal as per its Dec schedule. 72-hour PCR, Antigen or LAMP test requirement for passengers.
Turkish Airlines flights from both JNB & CPT to Istanbul on, but currently only Turkish citizens/residents. Neg PCR test result obtained 72 hrs prior to their entrance into Turkey.
KLM flights operational as per its Dec schedule. 72-hr negative PCR test certificate is required.
