Vacancy: Creditors Controller

Travel Assignment Group is looking for a Creditors Controller to join our dynamic team based in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.

To Start: Immediately/Negotiable

Must Have:

  • BSP accredited and/or able to manage full function of BSP recons
  • Manage creditors recons / payments, month end and prepayments
  • Experience in working on Quick Trav (invoicing and main module)
  • Travel IT knowledge an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to accomplish team goals and objectives
  • Work under pressure and show “willingness”

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Full-Time position, currently with 2 days hybrid.

Vacancy: Incentive Programme Manager

Superlative Incentives is looking for a Senior Incentive Programme Manager to join our dynamic team based in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering high end incentives across our client portfolio

Including but not limited to:

  • End to end client management
  • Incentive pitch, budget compilation
  • Invitation & RSVP management
  • Delegate logistics management
  • Travel management (Visas, Flights, Transfers & Accommodation)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers across all facets of the incentive / event
  • Create bespoke itineraries with detailed cost breakdowns
  • Manage and reconcile budgets
  • Delivering superlative incentives within the required budget and quality level
  • Onsite management to ensure quality delivery
  • Provide clients with debriefs and post incentive reports
  • Work closely with the HOD to ensure smooth delivery of incentives / events

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a travel / incentive / event role
  • Sound knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • GDS experience (Amadeus)
  • Quicktrav experience
  • Willingness to travel with groups when required (local and international)
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple incentives / events at any given time
  • Ability to manage clients
  • Ability to manage budgets

TAG Travel Assignment Group, Trigon Travel, our Cape Town based office is looking for an experienced & savvy Travel Consultant to join our TEAM TAG to work on a permanent basis.

Must Have/Be Able To:

  • Minimum 6-8 years government and corporate travel experience
  • Working hours flexibility of both work and home
  • Experienced in AmadeusOnline Booking platform

Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications:

  • Local Government experience – minimum 7 years
    Travel Consulting experience – minimum 7 years
    Customer experience – minimum 6 years
