IATA leads calls to scrap remaining Covid-19 rules in Europe.

IATA leads calls to scrap remaining Covid-19 rules in Europe. This includes all testing requirements, the need to present proof of vaccination or complete a passenger locator form.

The organisations also want to see mask-wearing scrapped for travel within or between states where it is no longer required in other indoor environments.

As European countries open up and remove restrictions, it is only logical to remove similar restrictions from air transport.

Now can SA govt do similar, lift restrictions, end PCR entry testing and lift state of disaster that ends today right??

National State of Disaster extended until 15 April ’22 😶😮‍💨

“The extension took into consideration the need to continue augmenting the existing legislation and contingency arrangements undertaken by organs of state to address the impact of the disaster” – Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma.
