Air Belgium – is to begin flights to SA in Sept. The airline will operate 2 scheduled flights a week from Brussels to Jhb & two to Cape Town. One CPT flight is direct, the other is linked to the Jhb flight.
At this stage, the service is a seasonal one, from 14 Sept ’22- 25 March ’23.
SAA – Update Note to enter South Africa: The regulation is clear and it states that you are either fully vaccinated* and produce the vaccination certificate OR a Negative PCR which is not applicable to children under 5. (*as per Vaccine requirement.)
Emirates – to double capacity on Melbourne route. Starting May 1st, the airline will offer customers fourteen weekly services from Dubai to Melbourne fast-tracking the return of international flights to Melbourne and bring more visitors to the state.
Bamboo Airways – launches new Vietnam connection. New to the UK market & offering passengers an affordable option flying direct to Hanoi, Vietnam. Flying on a modern wide-body Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, passengers can choose to fly economy or business class.
easyJet – to loosen mask wearing rules on certain flights. The low-cost carrier said, where masks are no longer legally required at both ends of the route, mask wearing would be a personal choice.
