TAG (Travel Assignment Group) Superlative Incentives is looking for a Senior Incentive Programme Manager to join our dynamic team based in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.
You will be responsible for managing and delivering high end incentives across our client portfolio.
Including but not limited to:
– End to end client management
– Incentive pitch, budget compilation
– Invitation & RSVP management
– Delegate logistics management
– Travel management (Visas, Flights, Transfers & Accommodation)
– Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers across all facets of the incentive / event
– Create bespoke itineraries with detailed cost breakdowns
– Manage and reconcile budgets
– Delivering superlative incentives within the required budget and quality level
– Onsite management to ensure quality delivery
– Provide clients with debriefs and post incentive reports
– Work closely with the HOD to ensure smooth delivery of incentives / events
Requirements:
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in a travel / incentive / event role
– Sound knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
– GDS experience (Amadeus)
– Quicktrav experience
– Willingness to travel with groups when required (local and international)
– Excellent people skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
– Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
– Ability to manage multiple incentives / events at any given time
– Ability to manage clients
– Ability to manage budgets
