1. Always take travel insurance it’s a small cost in the bigger picture.
2. Drink lots of water on longhaul flights it keeps you hydrated.
3. If you’re not sure ask a local and listen to them.
4. Arrive a little early for your flight you can always negotiate a better seat.
5. Plug adapters, need I say more.
6. Leave a copy of your passport and other documents with someone you know.
7. Enjoy the adventure you’re there to experience and explore.
8. Take a rain coat.
9. Take chewing gum it helps when going from high altitude to sea level.
10. Always take one pair of good walking shoes.
